Established in 2015, Certus Building Contractors has since become a constantly growing company aiming to deliver the best construction services.

Although we specialise in complete internal alterations and renovations, we also offer services which include smaller works such as painting and decorating, ceiling patch-ups or fixture instalment.

In 2023 and 2025, our company took part in annual Scottish Home Improvement Awards ceremony. Leading up to this event, we were figuring in 4 categories, and our clients had an opportunity to vote for us to help us climb our way to the final round. We ended up being voted as “Highly recommended” in the category titled Scotland’s Best Extension/Conversion Company twice in a row!
We pride ourselves in this achievement as these awards wouldn’t land in our hands without our clients who chose to place their vote on us at the same time proving the extent of our expertise and confidence in constructing house extensions.
